Vishesh Tiwari is the Manager – Finance and Compliance for TolaData at Athena Infonomics, where he oversees finance operations and statutory compliance for TolaData’s German entity from India. He has worked across statutory and tax audit, internal financial controls and strategic finance, supporting listed and unlisted companies in real estate, manufacturing, textile and not-for-profit sectors. His work experience includes German GAAP (HGB) financial reporting for two entities, monthly MIS for a German parent company, and coordination between Indian finance teams and German advisors on book closures and statutory filings.

Prior to joining Athena Infonomics, Vishesh was an Assistant Manager in the Founder’s Office and Finance at Wattpower Systems, and earlier worked with Manoj A. Jain & Company and Goel Garg & Company. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 2024) and holds a B.Com from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. Outside work, he follows cricket, runs, cooks, and explores Delhi’s street food.
