Siddhartha Kumar is the Manager for Strategic Operations at Athena Infonomics. He joined this role in July, 2026. He has established himself as an accomplished professional in public and global health by drawing from his extensive domestic and international academic and professional experience in India, China and the USA. Beginning with a foundation in Political Science, he smoothly transitioned into specialized areas such as Public Administration (International Development) and Global Health.

He has also worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation expert in Blended Financing in Healthcare. As a researcher, he has four published works, including a SAGE publication, wherein he has explored multifaceted topics like Multidimensional Poverty Index and Resilient Health Systems. Also, he has done extensive research to establish facilitating factors for early prevention of critical Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM), Hypertension, and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
