Riza serves as Senior Manager in the MERL practice at Athena Infonomics. She joined the organization in January 2024.

Prior to Athena, she was a Senior Manager – Projects at Development Solutions, where she oversaw the project management vertical. In this role, she was responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery, strengthening project management systems, mentoring staff, and representing the organization in various forums. She also led and coordinated several research and consulting assignments.

Previously, Riza worked as a Research Fellow with Ajeevika Bureau in Rajasthan, where she conducted a study on the Family Empowerment Program (FEP) for women and girls. Her responsibilities included developing life skills materials, collecting and analyzing beneficiary data, facilitating access to government schemes, and managing FEP-related reporting. She also led a research study on single women in rural Rajasthan.
