Rhythm is a multidisciplinary professional with a strong foundation in economics, research, and business analysis. She has joined Athena as a Program Operations Associate. Prior to this, Rhythm has experience in business and market analysis, stakeholder coordination, workflow management, AI product testing, and pricing strategies, working across multiple projects that required documentation, tracking, and process improvement. She is proficient in econometric and analytical tools, as well as Jira, Zoho Sprints, Notion, MS Excel, and Power BI.

She holds an MSc in Economics and Management from IIIT Lucknow, where her master’s dissertation focused on ESG analysis of pension fund portfolios. She has presented a research paper titled Kyoto Protocol: A Blame Game at NIT Hamirpur, in a conference sponsored by ICSSR. She also has a strong interest in leadership and team coordination, having served as the Placement Coordinator at IIIT Lucknow. She completed her undergraduate degree from Delhi University.
