Ramkrishna is Associate Director of the Governance and Service Delivery (GSD) practice at Athena Infonomics. He joined the organization in July 2018.

His interests lie in WASH and public health, and he brings a strong foundation in civil engineering. Ramkrishna began his career with CDD Society, where he was involved in designing decentralized wastewater treatment systems. He later worked on projects focused on effective fecal sludge management. Prior to joining Athena, he was associated with BORDA, supporting the development of city sanitation plans for 31 municipalities in Bangladesh.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Water Management and Governance from UNESCO-IHE, Netherlands, where his thesis explored water governance in small towns located at the rural-urban interface in Uganda.
