Rajashree contributes to Athena Infonomics’ recruitment activities, HR operations and analytics, team engagement, and performance management. She joined Athena in June 2022.

Before this, she served as Associate, People Operations at Room to Read, where she was responsible for end-to-end recruitment, hiring, retention, staff development, termination, personnel records, and long-term staffing strategies.

Prior to that, she worked with Strategic Alliance Management Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Consultant, successfully managing recruitments for leading non-profits and government projects. She also supported turnkey recruitment and payrolling assignments for organisations such as the National Health Mission, UNICEF, JRHMS/NHSRC, EY-UNDP, and FIND.

Rajashree holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Jamia Millia Islamia and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University.
