Nairita Das is a Consultant at Athena Infonomics with expertise spanning clinical nursing, public health, monitoring and evaluation, research, and early childhood development programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master of Public Health (MPH), combining healthcare delivery experience with expertise in program evaluation and evidence generation.

Prior to joining Athena, Nairita served as Assistant Manager – Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation at DevInsights, where she contributed to program management, capacity-building initiatives, documentation, and research projects. Her professional interests lie in strengthening systems, using data for decision-making, and supporting impactful, evidence-based programs. Outside of work, Nairita enjoys travelling, dancing, listening to music, and exploring new movies.
