A seasoned leader in technology-driven transformation, Kowshik has led initiatives that have redefined civic service delivery across public health, education, sanitation, and urban governance.

In his previous role, he played a pivotal part in designing and delivering India’s flagship AI initiatives in healthcare — projects evaluated and approved by national institutions such as ICMR and AIIMS, and successfully scaled for nationwide implementation. His work spans a broad spectrum of AI domains, including voice, image, video, and document intelligence, as well as large language and multimodal models.
