KVVS Govinda Raju is a Program Specialist – Primary Sector at Athena Infonomics, working at the intersection of public health, rural development, agriculture systems, and GIS-enabled programme implementation and research. His work focuses on designing and managing data-driven interventions that strengthen service delivery and support evidence-informed policy decisions.

Govinda Raju has worked closely with field teams, government partners, and research institutions, bringing together spatial data, ground realities, and analytical insights to inform programme design and implementation. He holds a BTech in Information Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Geospatial Technology Applications in Rural Development from NIRDPR, Hyderabad, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Home Science from IGNOU.

Beyond his professional work, Govinda Raju is deeply interested in documenting field experiences through writing and storytelling. He enjoys reading Telugu literature, writing poetry and prose, cooking on weekends, and travelling. He has published a poetry anthology titled Bhoomadhyarekha.
