Geetanjali Jha is a public policy professional with a strong ambition to conduct rigorous evaluations to measure social impact. She has been with Athena Infonomics since June 2023, contributing to evidence-based MERL initiatives across sectors.

She has extensively contributed to both qualitative and quantitative research for various organizations she has interned and worked with. Geetanjali brings strong policy analysis and communication skills to her work. Coupled with a background in development economics, her areas of interest include health, education, gender, and climate change.

Geetanjali pursued a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, where she was awarded the Dr. TMA Pai Gold Medal for the “Best Outgoing Graduation Student 2019–20.” Before that, she was trained as a journalist and brings several years of on-the-ground experience. She is committed to contributing to the public development sector through innovation, accountability, and evidence-based MERL approaches.
