Atul Mohan Pulikkottil is a Senior Consultant within the MERL practice at Athena Infonomics, rejoining the organisation in October 2024. He has worked with global multilateral and bilateral institutions, NGOs, and country governments on monitoring and evaluation assignments covering sustainability, climate change, child protection, modern slavery, agriculture, small and medium enterprise development, and education in crisis contexts. He has led and supported outcome and impact evaluations, MEL framework designs, MEL capacity-building exercises, project delivery, proposal development, and evaluation design.

Atul holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Warangal (India), a master’s degree in international business management from IE Business School (Madrid, Spain), and an advanced master’s degree in Development Evaluation and Management from the Institute of Development Policy at the University of Antwerp (Belgium).
