Athena will be working with UNICEF India in the evaluation of a career-guidance portal for students launched in 13 Indian states. The portal was developed with technical support from Aasman Foundation and in consultation with various governments and YuWaah (a multi-stakeholder, public-private youth partnership platform incubated by UNICEF).

As part of this evaluation project, Athena will: develop a rigorous evaluation design that embeds contribution analysis and qualitative data collection; utilize OECD DAC criteria to evaluate the project; create qualitative data-collection instruments, ensuring the feasibility of the data-collection methods and the validity of these instruments in local contexts; conduct desk review and analysis of available reports and documents from the UNICEF team and partners; and consult with stakeholders in the co-creation of recommendations and dissemination of key findings to project stakeholders.
